Also I think it would be best to use only independent cars for the runs.[/QUOTE]

I cant believe I missed these posts. Ok. I had dynoed my car last week and posted my results under my post: boots rpi install, but nobody said anything about it. I did not dyno stock due to work schedule but I wish I had. But since I live in Houston and I am independent with nothing to loose, here are my results just in case you missed it. Provided are two video results along with pics. Btw, in the morning, I will go back to the same place who uses a mustang dyno and repeat my performance. Afterwards, I will go to another place who uses a dynojet just for shits/giggles. Actually, I should get better results since I dyno the very next day after putting on the pipe. My 3rd run was the best so I am very happy with the results. Please give me some feedback good or bad or ugly as my only goal is to gain power, not to get into a pissing match. If Gt Haus had a ecu program that will get me there, I will be gladly purcase their product. I bought rpi because I had their axel back on my 550 and liked it. This one was supposed to be somewhat quite (which it is) but had bark when you wanted it. With that said, that was why I purchased this one. I hope this helps. My results are as follows.

1st pull using no air.

3rd pull using air

pic 1 is the 1st pull pic
pic 2 is the 3rd pull pic
3rd pic all three runs

2nd pull no video

Gentlemen...what's the date?? I'm not tight with EAS yet, so somebody take the reigns please!

To quote BLACK MARKT: LETSGOOOOO!

(Selfishly, I really want to witness the results cause I need to pick an exhaust)

Also, I will get a before and after dyno.

Gentleman,

i just found this thread. I have commented in detail on the same thread on M5Board.com already.

Regarding the M5 F10 tune, we tune one almost every day right now with prooven results. I am still awaiting some more before/after duno runs from customers.

Alot of our customers are from overseas and they simply send the ECU to us and we will send it back a couple of days later.

Since we re not a sponsor on M5post.com i do not want to violate any rules or regulations so please contact me via PM or e mail for further infos.

I think this will be the best way for someone to choose the perfect pipe for them. Some will choose from the sound they like and some will choose from the hp gains. There is a pipe for everyone. If I still lived in Imperial Beach, I would bring mine up there also.

BLACK MARKT has the Meistershaft. Can't wait to hear that in person. I was kind of floored last weekend by a F10 550 Dinan with the Meistershaft exhaust. It sounded pissed off!

That is exactly what I heard from Jon and Mark. They said that they heard a M6 (if I remember correctly) with it and it was SICK. For me, I need to hear it as well as the Akra before I make a final decision. I don't want it to be too obnoxious

@BLACK MARKT, think you can make it to cars and coffee in Irvine early Saturday? You are up in LA, it is kind of a drive and 0-dark-early.

The gthaus system was extremely loud. If sound is what you are looking for, buy that.

Honestly guys, I have the Meisterschaft system, and it's not very loud, at least in the cabin. It's perfect for me, and for the M5 in my opinion, but definately not as loud as my M3 with Dinan race exhaust or the 458 with stock exhaust. I rate it a 9, especially when you hear it from the outside.

Thanks CPI. Is there any drone with it? Do you keep the valves open or closed when just rolling around? TIA.

I keep them open all the time except for when on a Bluetooth call on the freeway below 80 MPH. Why, because there is a drone below 2000rpm, I wish there wasn't, but there is. It's an exageration of the stock exhaust sound below 2000 rpm. Doesn't bother me much, but it's there. Hardly noticable with the valves closed, but still there.

Thanks for the info. Tomorrow I'll pay attention to speeds etc. around 2K. If its not bad with the valves closed, I say no biggie.

I'd would definately buy it again, and would actually like 20% louder with the valves open. Just me. It's perfect with the valves closed and wouldn't change a thing. Hope this helps.

And by the way, you can definately feel the difference in performance.

This is good to know. Have you had any problems with the valves and their operation? Did you opt for the remote or just the toggle?

The dude with the 550 had a remote, which he programmed into his home link buttons. How sweet is that!?
