Yes, which is crazy IMO for such a common BMW color.

Moonstone is very unique. Looks like silk. Has some yellow in it.

Pearl looks awesome from what I've seen in pictures. Never seen it in person though.

Pictures are never a good representation for any of these complex colors unfortunately.

I would pay that much for Pure Metal Silver if the paint had some sort of radar absorbent technology like the paint they use on the B2 Stealth Bomber.

That's going to available with the Pure Metal Silver Competition Package paint. Estimated to arrive in early 2014 for ~$20,000.

I agree that it's crazy that you have to pay extra to get a standard 5-series paint on the top of the line M5. + you get more colors to choose from on a standard 5 than the M5. (although with a small upcharge)

Makes no sense whatsoever.
