Came out of the grocery store and went to open the trunk to put in the groceries and found someone had stolen the ///M from the trunk. Luckily no damage other than a few surface scratches I can wax out from whatever they used but still was like WTF

Was thinking of debadging anyway obviously would have preferred it be my choice and like how clean the trunk looks without the badge but it feels unbalanced with the front and side grill badges lol. Guess I'll order a gloss black one from IND and figure out how to blackout the front and sides

I think IND now sells a blacked out grill badge. It's definitely and option on their LCD Grill.

Worse case, order the badge and paint it with plastidip

I'd be PISSED

OT: I saw an E46 Sedan 330 (328 maybe?) the other day with an ///M3 badge on the back and ///M badge on the front.

Who do they think they're kidding?

Stealing is the lowest form I swear.

Well ordered the rear in gloss black and I'm gonna try to wrap the front one since I still have a ton of vinyl left from the door handles. If that doesn't work I'll just paint it. May wrap the side marker badges as well

Thanks just saw that as you said it's an option with the grill. I ordered the rear badge gonna check with IND to see if they will sell the front one separately and see how it attaches to the grill if I remove the OEM badge and replace it easily?

Someone once stole the Lamborghini emblem off of my friends Gallardo. We're still looking for the owner of that Lamborghini Civic.

Not sure if it's the color or sound of this one but it gets much more attention (mostly in a bad way) than my AW. I've gotten more gawkers, wannabe racers, and road ragers in a few months than I did in 3 years with the AW.

I contacted iNd and they will sell the front M5 badge painted gloss black to match the rear separately. Does anyone know how it attaches? Is it also double sided tape? I want to make sure I can remove mine from the OEM MP grill and swap it out. I have ask Nate with IND as well

Edit: Nate replied and said BMW glues them on but the IND badge will include double sided tape and said they remove them all the time. He even sent pics of the process so ordered a front one as well.

Shit like this is no joke to me...

Someone who would take the time to destroy another mans property deserves no less than a 22' round to the nuts.

Sometimes I think Texas has the right approach to Law Enforcement & Regulations.

Yes I'm still pissed and a little paranoid about the new gloss black one from IND I installed last night getting stolen as well. The front gloss black emblem is shipping today. I am working on figuring out a way to make the side marker M5 badges match (probably wrap)
