Yes, I am a new member...I finally decided to start participating. Happy to share any info to verify that I am legit.

Will fit M6 GC (might fit a regular M6, but I am not 100% sure). Used for 14k miles, purchased new. Trading in the car soon, had to come off. Wifey wants a new ride.

Slight scratches on the bottom of the front section, but no other scratches whatsoever, carbon fiber tips are clean, no dents, nothing. I can provide more pics as requested.

I just bought the same system on this board for my M5, but it came with Titanium tips. I can swap tips if you would prefer.

Willing to ship, but would prefer local pickup.

Also check out the 601M wheels/tires/tpms that I have for sale. Yes, camouflage blanket...was just out shooting and it was the closest thing I could grab.

How much of an improvement sound wise did you see? Any drone? I know it's a popular brand but I'd like your verdict.

I've read that sometimes, power actually dips because of the smaller amount of restriction?

Would you need to combine this with some downpipes to have a fully catless system or am I mistaken?

No drone at all. Improves response and some power, but I have never put on a dyno for any actual results, however Akra says there is a difference.

Yes, you do need to change downpipes for catless system. Sound is great, not too loud and not stock for sure. Also a ton lighter than stock as the whole thing is titanium minus the tips.

I have the Akra on mine. All I can say is....AWESOME! That price is great too considering the system is $7500+ new.
The sound with the stock Cats in place is just right. Not too loud, no drone, but yet the right dose of growl and loud with acceleration.

used akras on the m6 classifieds are 2500-3k 90% of the time with the rare guy who posts one for 4+ that sits for months, been watching for a good deal because other than some sound there are no real performance gains to be had from it. pick up 10-15 wheel maybe when the stock clutch packs already slip on a standard tuned 22 lb pump gas map at 700.

These have been selling for $4-5k. There was a listing for $2,500 without tips. These were on the M6 classifieds. I'm not sure what performance gains has to do with the price. No one on here is really buying an exhaust for the performance. That's what downpipes are for.

not bashing anyone here. interested buyer, just not at that price point for a used exhaust. if it sells for that much all the power to op. no hurt feelings or need to bash anyone.

I have never seen a full system with CF tips sell for that low. If so, great deal. This one is not for sale for that little. However, if you would like to make an offer, feel free.

considering new, its a $8k+ full titanium exhaust, i think getting half of it back for a used system is more than reasonable.
