Can't do that. Not in my DNA. I have 240k on my 335i e93 and 675 hp with 28psi boost. If something blows, I just replace it with sturdier and more power. I'm the e93 version of you allmotor.

The sweet spot for stock turbos on these engines is about 35lb/min of air per turbo, and that roughly translates to 750crank HP (~650hp). At those power levels, you should expect the turbos to last some time and not have sleeve or shaft failures.
So if I have 630whp and don't track, or do anything stupid, and it's a 3 year lease, I should be ok? Lol

I would say your chances are fair to good

But if you blow it up, be prepared to pay

Should be good. Might have issues at some point with coils/injectors but this is par for the course.

Really most worried about the long block. Rest isn't an issue. Is 700 realistic for the long block for a couple hundred k miles Mike?

I have heard there are more then a few blown S63T engines.
Rod bearings and such.
Good question to put out there because we all know you can push the performance so far until something stock fails.
Anything over 700 WHP is just waiting for something to fail in my opinion.
Might not be right away but long term wise
So then I would say 630 is safe?
