Better deals on dealer lot?

Guys,

Trying to negotiate to invoice +$500 but the lowest I've gotten to is $2000 over. Have not worked the deal hard yet but it seems dealers are unwilling to discount heavily as not many allocations remain. Would be be more wise to locate a lot car in the surrounding area? It seems that's the way you are all getting to invoice or less. Only problem with a lot car is they are more heavily optioned than I'd like. Trying to keep MSRP to around $100,000.

Also, if I do go with a lot car, is there an efficient way to search lot inventory besides going to each dealers website? Car gurus?

I would like to be around $1,000/mo for 36mo/10k yr.

If any dealers on here would like to make an offer, I would be open to that as well. Thanks in advance!

Tough to get that in summer times. Spoke with my CA over the weekend and he mentioned they can't do the same deal they gave me (1,000 above invoice with no dealer markups or ancillary BS fees) again. Mine was the second best deal (west coast sponsor of forum was offering 500 above invoice when I was shopping) so if he has pulled the deal, doubt anyone else is doing it.

Good luck!
