Any thoughts on this deal...

2016 comp, exec full leather B&O...MSRP 118K Cap cost 106500, MF .0036, 63% residual on 12K yr/36 mo Monthly 1180. or 1135 with 7K MSD's. Anyone know where the invoice on a build like this would be? Trying to get under invoice anyone gotten there recently with a car on lot?

Thanks!!

MF is a great deal, yeah I mean that monthly payment for a 118k car is pretty awesome.

I'm sorry....but how is a MF of .00360 a great deal?? Seems like you're getting screwed on the MF. I would insist on the base rate MF, which should be somewhere around .00135 or so. My MF is .00081.....which as after applying 7 multiple security deposits to the base rate of .00130.

Bottom line, .00360 is not a "great deal"

After MSDs or before? If before MSDs, looks like a very good deal. Is tax included?

Thanks all for the feedback. If I hold out to the end of the month any idea of where invoice is on a 118k car? What do you think I should negotiate the cap to?

Good rule of thumb take about 7.37% off and you'll be really close to Invoice.

Your deal looks solid. My MF was not quite as good but I was able to get right around or just below invoice.

2016 M5
MSRP: $128,830
SELLING PRICE: $113,045

36 MONTHS 12K MILES/YR
MF: 0.00138
RESIDUAL VALUE: 63%
$1,422.08 TOTAL DOWN
$1,393.08 PER MONTH

Includes 6.25% tax on cap cost (must be paid up front in Texas)
