Garage List
"Good" for an M5 would be $1,000 a month and zero down.

There's a lot to factor in though. If the OP wants to have competition pkg, and all the bells/whistles, then good is $1,200-$1,300.

I'm paying $890 a month for mine with an MSRP of $95,845.
Payment includes NYS tax (8.875%) and I didn't put anything down for cap cost reduction.

PS. I did ED for mine.

It gets better. I'm a BMWCCA member so I'm also getting back $1,000.
I lucked out with a $1k rebate from BMW in July also.

Probably the best deal I'll ever get. Essentially zero out of pocket.

That is the most solid deal ever. Good work.

Dying to do European delivery on an M car. Will definitely do it soon. I'm sure you had a blast.

It's actually 764/month. My advice to you would be to wait until end of December and purchase from a cold weather climate.

I think the money factor on a used car lease is higher than a new car money factor (MF) therefore it could potentially equal a brand new car unless the used car has a significant lower selling price.
