I like the wheels, they look like Dinan wheels. Simple is better for me. I also LOVE the grilles, hopefully they fit pre-LCI cars. Headlight retrofit is going to be incredibly costly

Do anyone know what do dealers do with 2013s? My dealer here is trying to mark up the 2014 by 5% to sell 2013s.. Only thing that bothers me is the resale value since there are many out in the dealers' lot.

Seriously though. Considering the size of rock that would be required to get stuck, it would be far better that it gets stuck in the grille rather than dive bombing into the radiator. |

I understand why you are laughing.
I know that these high performance vehicles do not hold it's resale value, but.. I am seriously considering between 2014 E63S and 2014 M5. To me, these two vehicles are almost same in terms of performance, styling, etc.. So I want to go with the one that keeps it's value most. It looks to me that AMGs depreciate faster than Ms by looking at the autotrader.com with same mileage, year vehicles. However, I was wondering what the high number of over stock in dealers' lot will do in this resale value in the future. I think I can get the 2013 M5 with decent discount but, I am little worried about reliability issues that has addressed in this board recently. (And hope BMW fixed some of those issues in LCI M5.) |

Wasn't the E60 model 04,05,06,07
Then LCI was 08,09,10? So F10 should be 11,12,13,14 Then LCI 15,16,17 No?

I like the changes, I think they bring the car up to date. I'm definitely going for a change, since I plan on keeping an F10 M5 for the future. My current is one of the earlier cars (which is more prone to "issues"), and I will keep it until 2015 and then get one of the latest with B&O, CCB, LEDs and all the other upgrades, a keeper...

They have been pushing to make the m6 stand out more than the m5. Especially m6 gc.. but for 20K more? :-/
I think in terms of looks, this generation f10 m5 is mild. compared to the last generation. The f10 in general looks nice. I just don't feel so much of a big M presence as the M3 provides over the regular 3 and as so does the m6 with the regular 6. |
