Best drag set up?

What is the best tires/rim set up to have? Really want to be able to launch with no spin

I am stage 2 and run Michelin Cup 2 tires. Upside: They offer huge traction advantage over the Michelin Super Sports I had previously, but I still have to feather the throttle to avoid wheelspin. Downside: They wear crazy fast, are a lot noisier than the Super Sports/4s, and are a bit dicey in any standing water. I've heard that Toyo r888r's are potentially even more sticky, but even less streetable than the Cup 2s.

315 r888r on the stock wheels. But I'd be careful of blowing up the rear end with that much grip.

4S is a good medium and prob your best choice if you want to keep it streetable, otherwise I'd say r888r

Ditto on 4S being the most balanced street and sporty tire. Dramatically better grip than the Super Sports I replaced them with on my M6. I still spin on a stock car under 40mph if I'm not careful but on the Super Sports I was spinning at 60+

I purchased my m6 with r888r's on the rear and Potenza's on the front.
The r888s felt/gripped amazing; but after a few 100 miles I got tired of the 'noise' and switched the rears to Potenza's too.
So if noise/comfort is an issue that's probably a no go. Also, the fact that r888r's will wear quicker.

Potenza's are great for normal/casual drives. But, I'll be switching to PS4S's since that's what all my cars in the past have ran on and had the best traction.
