CA Smog Check Blunder. S2 Dinan F10 M5

Of all the CARB stickers under the hood, there is none for my Dinan carbon intake. I swear it was CA legal but guess not. I have 3 legal options:
1. Back to stock for testing
2. Find CARB legal intake and replace (harder than I previously thought)
3. Pay for NonOp then register once I have a solution

Honestly though, the reason I went with Dinan was because of their CA compliance so I was shocked to see it not listed with an EO number.

Any recs on a CARB legal intake or alternative I'm not thinking of? TIA

I talked to Dinan a couple weeks ago about CARB for their M5 / M6 intake. They are planning to have it done but no date was given. So I am holding off on buying it for now.

Switch back to your stock intake or take it to somewhere that the smog tech doesn’t care.

I’m pretty sure no one made CAI that is CA legal for the s63 platform. As for dinan getting the intake certified for use in CA, good luck with that.

Yeah for that reason I haven't bought into Dinan. Honestly since Steve Dinan sold "Dinan" seems like less and less of their parts are CARB approved. There is no way they will waste money and time to go certified old intake that I bet they don't even probably make anymore.
