Opti-guard and 3M 1080 roof wrap

Just had the M5 paint-corrected and then full opti-guard application including summer and winter wheels (barrels and faces) and painted brake caliper surfaces. Also had roof wrapped in Gloss black. Here are some pics. Very happy with the results.

That black roof makes the car. Did they pull the fin off to wrap it?

Thanks all for the compliments. They did not remove the fin. If you look at the pics closely you can see one of them wrapping the fin. It is impossible to wrap the fin in one piece. So it's a 2 step process. Result is great!

They're 408M (OEM Winter wheels for the M5)
Very close look to the OEM 20" wheels

BMW NA is quoting

1728 for the fronts (tires & wheels)
1660 for the rears (tires & wheels)

http://www.shopbmwusa.com/ProductDet...ProductId=4135

Just wheels (if you find them without tires) will probably around 600-700 a piece (wild guess)

Wheels were roughly $650 each shipped from Tischer BMW. TPMS was extra.

Are all the windows' entire surface tinted? I know that Oregon has similar car tint regulations as NYS but it looks like the windshield is tinted entirely.

I have 3M CR50 on all side windows, rear window and moonroof. The windshield is 3M CR70. It looks darker in the pic.

Actual look is uniform and not super dark. From inside the car you can't even tell windshield is tinted except for the reflection of B&O speaker.

Just had the car on the dyno s/p roof wrap. The wrap appears to have added 6 whp. Not bad! It is comforting to know this mod was not purely cosmetic!
