High RPMs, car wont move

Hello, I have an issue with 2012 m5. When I start accelerating from start, the car doesnt move, although Rpms are hitting 2000 rolls. I have tried on refreshing gearbox software, but it didnt help. Maybe anyone got any ideas where should I look, because my local mechanics cant find a solution (they checked the clutch, its still in good condition, car is only on 15k miles, however its repaired after damage). As soon as the car starts moving from 2100 Rpms, everything else seems fine. Would appreciate any help!

Attaching the link, as you see Rpms 2000 and the car is not moving! - https://ibb.co/gwXr35
