For that car at 113k (103k cap) you should be at 1000/month 36/10.

Anything over 1300 for an m5 is crazy at this point in its life cycle. Your dealer reminds me of one down here who said i should look into m3s if i want less than 1400 a month. Tell them to kick rocks.

It will be a decent deal if - he washes/waxes your car for life in your driveway, moe your yard cut grass every week and make you chicken sandwiches for lunch and do your laundry every weekend for life......

Yeah that is rough!!

I got a deal in July that was 112K MSRP down to 99k MF at the buy rate (.00137) 67% residual with 1900 drive off (first+tax+fee...reg was out of state so I paid that separately) with 7 MSD's - payment with MA tax 928/mo...you can do better!

That is indeed a great deal. It's always best to wait for the latter year M Cars.

Bad deal.. $1,065.xx sounds a tad more feasible given the residuals I've seen as of late

Didn't bother going back. I live in SWFL amongst many rich folk and I get the feeling they don't negotiate or aren't tech savvy enough to check forums for residuals.

Both local dealers offered me similar pricing.

Went with a Hellcat lease instead, I do plan on returning to the new M5 in 2-3 years

Lease deals are hard to find for that car

36 months
12k miles/yr
$2000 total cash due
$1100/mo (including tax and all other fees)

Not a cheap lease by any means and I would have preferred an M5 at that price point but what can you do?

I did have an offer for 36 months, 12k miles/year, $1000 down, $900 a month but the salesman disappeared as I was about to place the money down (online negotiation).

I'm assuming his boss murdered him?

FL dealers here don't want to deal at all.

All this lease payments are useless without giving out the MSRP of the car.

36 months/ 10000 miles per year/ 1000 dp/ $1100 per month? How much is the car?$98000.

Lets start with MSRP, then lease terms. Lease terms are determined by BMWFS, apples to apples, if selling price, lease term, downpayment and mileage per year is thesame, you will have thesame payment.

Just got a quote on a 2016 M5 12000/ year miles, 3 year lease, $122,565 Msrp and $110,565 selling price. 1.36 money factor 65% residual. They quoted me $2500 drive off and $1301.19 payment. Seemed high to me and I wanted to get closer to $1000/month. What do you think? Thanks!!

Your payment should be $1117 without tax, based on the info provided.

Ive had a terrible experience with Tenafly. Shady dealership. Scratched my car and they are holding a rim and tire insurance cancellation refund from me since August. They also put 30 miles on my X5M when it was in for a rear bumper respray that took them over a year to honor.

Tenafly's service is horrible. I'd never go back there as well.
