Anyone tried Dinan ignition coils? Seems like they worked with their parent company MSD to design ignition coil for BMW. Price is super reasonable and F80 fold have been using them but has anyone here tried them?

MSD ignition coils are made in china, so I'd have suspicions of quality. I'd stay with Bosch or Delphi coils as both have been shown reliable in the tuning community.

I don't worry if those are made in china or not. Let's be honest what hasn't been made in china these days, as long the quality control is there. Seen F80 folks positive reviews wondered if anyone here has used them

That's the problem. Their quality control isn't there, and that's why the reputation exists. Again, I'd only buy OE Bosch or Delphi coils.

Thought I'd try them when changing out the spark plugs…the engine purrs with these in! It also adds a bit of bling
