Residual: 60%

Money Factor: 0.00130 or 0.00081 with 7 MSD's

monthly payment with just first month down : $1385 including tax

monthly payment with first month and 7 MSD's so about 11k down: $1295 including tax
Seems to be a better deal than what BMW SF is offering on a demo M5

"OPTIONS INCLUDE BANG & OLUFSEN SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM, DARK WOOD TRIM, DRIVER ASSISTANCE PKG, EXECUTIVE PKG, Heated Steering Wheel , Power Tailgate, Comfort Access, Soft-Close Auto Doors, Power Rear Sunshade, Heated Front & Rear Setas, BMW APPS with Smartphone Integration, NIGHT VISION with PEDESTRIAN 6NLDETECTION, and more. $819/mo plus tax for 36 months, $10,000 down plus drive-off, due at delivery. Sales price is after all applicable rebates."

$819/mo 36 MONTH LEASE

-OR- BUY FOR ONLY $85,777! WAS $107,425! SAVE OVER $21,600!

I was referring to MSRP % discount
I personally believe anything touching 10% discount off MSRP in the states is a very good to excellent deal..
In Europe they are getting up to 15%!!!!

Good luck
Invoice is about 7-8% off MSRP so if you are at 10% less that means 3k or so below invoice and this really good!!

Let us know
Got mine 8.9% of MSRP Macon BMW from Omar Saleh a few months ago and if I were more patient I would have gotten a better deal - I could have gotten 10% I am sure but usually a more loaded car which is usually slower to move off the lot

so my MSRP was 120,425 and was able to get down to 107,179+tax, tags, and fees and also this was an individual build:

Competition package, driver's assistance, lighting, exectutive, B&O sound and Individual paint.

i think i got a pretty good deal. with max msd's i'm at 1284/month

I is a good deal but nothing unheard of here on this forum but remember you built it so now that's different -
But again 10 % or more off MSRP is the real good deal and you are there -

My deal has indeed improved. I was at $1056 per month, 36M/12K locked in from January/Feb.

My payment will now be exactly $999! And as a result, the amount of $$ for multiple security deposits has gone down $700, taxes down, etc. So the OOP also went down $1000.

I cannot believe I am going to have a new M5 ($103825), with no cap cost reduction, for $999 a month. That's M3 territory; I rule..
Many Congratulations. Enjoy
