So for those that have (or had) FULL Leather.... Is it worth it in your opinion?
I never opted for it in 3 cars, not worth it for me, i'd rather spend the 3500 on wheels

It's an absurd amount of money for full leather, but the M5 is as well. Since it's something you appreciate each time you are behind the wheel I would say it's worth it though. For me it would be a priority over say B&O.

You have to weigh the quantity of orange and the full leather. I think that you'll get used to the full SO color and be happy with the full leather.

Well now it doesn't even matter. The car is in production and changes are not available now. Soooo... I'll be getting full leather in Sahkir Orange.

And @bluehorseshoe, I agree... I chose full leather over the B&O. I'm an audiophile and the cost:benefit didn't make sense for audio in a car. But the leather is something I'll see and touch all the time.

Full leather is awesome. I have a Sakhir Orange as well. Feels that much more special with the extra soft leather bits

nah, you need the FULL full leather. definitely a must have option. when you consider how much extra leather you get - back of seats, entire lower half of doors, entire dash, upper and lower.

not to mention BMW merino is the nicest/softest leather out of all the luxury cars.

I wish I had not read this thread. I drove a 2014 with extended leather and the interior looked fine. I do have the extended/full leather in my m3 and all of the console pieces and door inserts are leather which is great. So now I'll probably have to check the box, SS with black, just waiting to have the order submitted for a 15. Interesting that the individual leather options all appear to be extended rather than full. Thanks.

I have kids who play rugby/soccer getting the mud of the back of the seats is a total PITA.

So, here I was scrubbing away with a wet towel, only to realize its leather not that plastic stuff they usually use on the back the seats like my previous M3, 335d etc.

At this point I literally laughed out loud at my "first world problems", WTF I thought, time to move on to something real...

Cheers
