Full Leather

Can someone from europe or some other countries except USA comment on the price of full leather option? In USA it is 3.500$. My local dealer is giving 6.056 Euro for full leather option. How can that be possible?? It is almost the price CCB.

Would any of you guys in USA who have this option pick full leather option for 6.056 Euro??

It is sooo not good

Not a chance I would pay that. It's nice, yes but not that nice. I would rather have ceramic brakes.

You guys are lucky to live in US! Would love to purchase US spec car but the impossibleness of changing the instrument cluster to European spec to have km/h brakes the deal for me.

I know there is a mixed view about Full leather vs extended...

So I recently bought a second hand M5 and top of my list was having full leather...Whilst I know paying for this is very expensive if I were to have bought new (I prob would not have chosen this as an option) in my mind there is a massive difference between full and extended leather....makes the car a very different place to be in with full leather...

Yea prices are crazy. VAT is around 100%.
I am looking mobile.de everyday but the car I want still not there. I need 2014 M5 black with full leather, B&O and everything except CCB, Night vision and CP.
When a car cost you with all the VAT at around 200.000$ then full leather is a must!
I want this car so bad that I am ready to spend all my savings on it. I know it's sounds crazy but M5 is my dream of the dream all my life. When you fulfill your dream no matter how much it costs then life or god appreciates this

Well I'm not supposed to answer this question since I live in US
But since I saw a thread the other day in 6post here that the Euro seats have different headrest in front seat is it possible that you have another standard setup? Is extended leather standard over there?

Definitely I would! This option worth every single penny you pay for. I'm wondering people pay for some options such as lightning or 20" wheel to make their car more beautiful, but they don't pay for Full leather that they see it and enjoy it every moment they are behind the wheel... Full leather must be standard on any M5/M6 (IMO)

Sore subject....

While it is true that the USA price for full leather is $3500 for the 3 standard interior colors, when you go to individual shades the full leather price goes up to $9740, which is close to the euro price you quoted I think. Why this is I don't know since REGARDLESS of the seat color ALL of the additional leather pieces for full leather are exactly the same walknappa BLACK that you get in the $3500 package. This is a $4740 charge above the $5000 for individual extended leather that already has the lower doors and seatbacks included over the base leather option. So the extra $4740 only adds the BLACK upper dash and upper doors. Then on top of that, it's another $1080 for individual trim.

That being said, my car has Nutmeg full leather interior with Light Sen Wood trim and I absolutely love it. For me, it was worth the extra charge. But I think less of BMW for not giving more than 3 choices of interior before asking these hefty upcharges.
