Few up on Instagram NikB316.

Waiting for a car wash for some new ones. I'll post some of the Instagram ones on here when I'm in my laptop. This site is not very image friendly. Can't simply take a picture from an iPhone and upload it

There is almost 3k markup on this deal, just FYI. If you take out the 5k down they ask, you get way above invoice.

I think PvsNP is correct here, I understand they rolled that into the lease but you are still paying for it; it's not really zero down.

With that said, still a damn good deal!!!

PvsNP, you are not reading or understanding the advertisement properly.

It's not above invoice...the $5k down is mentioned just to drop the monthly payments on the lease. Just look at that add and how much off MSRP the selling price is. Compare to invoice pricing on Edmunds, simple as that. That selling price is not including having to put $5k down...the $5k down is to only reduce the lease payments.

It's not hard to get around ~$2k below invoice on these cars sitting on the lot. They aren't the only dealer doing this.

With the new residuals out for March you can take another $90-$100 off the monthly payment....insane.

DukeCapitalM3,
One has the choice to pay $5k to drop the monthly payments or roll it into the lease. The deal they are offering is $13k off MSRP with the down payment being up to the customer. Some customers prefer a lower monthly payment by putting a few bucks down.

The selling price is what's important granted you don't have a scumbag dealer messing with the money factor. One can put down as much or as little as they like.

I'd be willing to bet my M5 that I paid below invoice

These deals are great but not magic. Go to the right dealer and you'll be under invoice on a car sitting on the lot.

Someone saw this thread and scooped up the MCB. Beautiful car. I had such a tough time debating between the color I preferred (MCB) or the B&O system!

Guys, again, these deals aren't BS. This gentleman bought out the car and the same $13k off sticker applied. I believe there is an identically equipped AW available.

I told myself I'd never get another alpine white BMW but it's growing on me again.

I was just at JMK today for my first service. Example of a current deal they have with the new residuals.
MSRP just under $112k (everything except, night vision, ceramic & bo sound)
Payment: $899 / month for 36 months with $6k down (cap reduction)

Let's work backwards, $6000 divided by 36 = $166 per month

$899 + $166 = $1065 / month

You can lease this car for $1065 / month with taxes, registration, bank fee down. If you want to use MSD this will drop to $965.

Roll the taxes in and you are at $1140 per month ($1040 with MSD)! The misc fees are under $1500. Roll those in and you are at $1180 ($1080 with MSD) per month with just first month payment due!

Again, I'm just illustrating how the down payment doesn't effect the selling price which is ~$13k off msrp (couple grand below invoice). It is just used to make a very attractive monthly payment psychologically. Getting into an M5 for under $1k a month sounds great. It's just how you choose to do the numbers.

Anyone with more knowledge on leasing would understand and agree with this. I'm not trying to sound like an ass at all, but just what PvsNP wrote was definitely incorrect. The image showing the deal is a bit difficult to read on the fine print so perhaps that's where the confusion lies.

what about the interest/money factor on the $6000? Am I missing that in your figures?

Your math is backwards. You can't just take 5000 cap cost reduction, divide by 36 and add it back. You have to consider added interest as well and the MSD amount.

I had actually called to inquire about the 111,725 deal they had a while back and was quoted 1080/month, not 1065. There is also no way they will give that deal on a custom order.

Other people on the forum are getting the same deal on custom orders.

Your numbers are also not right, that is not 2-3k under invoice. When you factor in the 1.5k BMW incentive, you see that it's a few hundred over invoice.

Also, remember the OP had a trade in. Any deal with a Trade In is suspect.

Good point.

In NJ, you can get a huge tax break if you are trading in a car and leasing. You may end up paying 10% or less of the taxes and if the dealer is saying "your taxes are rolled in", you may be thinking wow even with taxes I am paying this much, but your taxes are so less, you are probably paying the markup/cap cost reduction.

I'm not saying this is what happened here.

My apologies to not posting 100% exact numbers as my posts on other available deals were meant estimates.

A/Turing,
I never said they would give this deal on a custom order. I would expect to pay more but am sure they would match anyone else. I did the calculations quickly, of course you need to add interest in...few bucks here and there. I'm discussing the principle of the deal with some quick estimates. Their lease deals advertised do not include MSD. I didn't mean to be posting exact numbers on potential deals, just something people can go off of

Mitch65,
You didn't read the entire thread. This deal is offered to anyone, regardless of trading in or not. I'm far from new to the leasing game.

Just to sum everything up:

I got $13k off sticker on my M5 with a $115,425 MSRP. The car was sitting on the lot. JMK will offer this deal to anyone walking in, whether they are trading in a car or just looking to lease. According to Edmunds, the invoice price is $106,170. I paid $102,425 after discounts etc. This is $3700 below invoice. If you don't want to count the BMW incentive of $1500 that's fine, so it's $2200 below invoice plus another $1500 discount. However you want to slice it.

JMK doesn't play games with hidden fees or manipulating the money factor either. If anyone wants specific numbers just give Lucas a call. I can only guesstimate.

There are just great deals available on M5s. They are leasing around $100 less this month too with the 3% increase in residual.

Everyone enjoy your M5s, especially at these prices!

And, it could be the perfect deal if they had the color and equip you wanted.

Every dealer in the northeast seems to have a bunch of M5/6 inventory. I think its a combination of 3-4 years into production, and a hellish winter. They are all discounting these cars hard right now.

PS. My Car completed production today and will be on its way to "beemerhaven" this weekend. Approx how long to get it to port of Bayonne Nj (aka NYC)? I am getting pretty freakin anxious.
It's only like 12-14 days to cross the Atlantic, that's not the issue. The issue is when it gets to the Elizabeth Port, they're slow as shit. My car sat there for two weeks. It's hit or miss though, mine was an ed car which could be different since it was fully paid for, but that wait sucked.

I'm in Weehawken/West NY as well.

Great! There are so many M5's in our hood and I don't think I have ever seen one on the road!!

So my car is on the Independence 2. It's just started it's trip across the Atlantic. Supposed to be in Bayonne (NY) on the 26th. I and agree, I had a few cars held up there too.

My dealer really wants to deliver this car to me this month so he gets the deal into his March numbers. But I don't see how they get the car to dealership in 3 or 4 business days. We will see!
