March rates are insane

61% residual, same money factor, and 1.5k cash incentive. Fully loaded m5 is low 1100s!

Nope mf has always been 130 and 81 with full MSDs.

A fully loaded M5 is 70/month more than a fully loaded new M3 (neither have CCBs). This is just unreal.

@Realstig I guess fully loaded more like 1350. I don't think 1100 is possible without euro delivery right?

I believe that was in Dec 2013 (perhaps in months prior as well).

And Dec was a great month to get one. But now...and combined with a Euro Delivery...

Invoice pricing

There is also a 1.5k option credit on top so it goes below invoice.

Anyone know all the details?

I see there is change to the residual? How about for 12K miles; I am locked in at 57%, did that change?

I also see this option credit of $1500. I am locked in for $1K that was available in January. Did they do anything with loyalty?

Nice to be waiting for a new car and watching the payment go down each month!!

There are many pull ahead programs now; I am taking advantage of the one for the 5 series (3 months of payment for leases maturing by Aug, I think). But I bet any dealer will get you out of that lease now. It's almost there.

Or just lock into the deal now, order it, and when it arrives in April/May you will be all set!

I'm pretty sure they will bend backward for a deal. They want to refrain us from buying Porsches

Is your 5er a 2011 that you are taking advantage of for the pull ahead? I have 2012 335is expiring in Aug/Sept 2014, but I have a feeling pull aheads only apply to 3 year leases...and I'm not about sinking negative equity into a lease

OK. Update. I just spoke to my dealer.

My deal has indeed improved. I was at $1056 per month, 36M/12K locked in from January/Feb.

My payment will now be exactly $999! And as a result, the amount of $$ for multiple security deposits has gone down $700, taxes down, etc. So the OOP also went down $1000.

I cannot believe I am going to have a new M5 ($103825), with no cap cost reduction, for $999 a month. That's M3 territory; I rule..

Now you are freaking talking about an "excellent deal"

Strange, I went to build an M5 on BMWUSA.com, it's not there. I guess they are performing some updates.

If you want an M5 I say do it now. My contacts are telling me they have never seen a better climate (inventory up, residuals supported to ridiculous levels) to lease an M5, of any generation. Time to do it!
