Tagged. I have em on my gt3. About to get em for the M. I hate the tires and traction issues of the M. Makes me want to sell the car. Hope the tires fix it

I'm not so sure about the tread life on Cup2's. They may not last nearly as long as PSS's do. Unfortunately no one can really report how long their Cup2's lasted because they are ok so few cars and the owners of these cars usually gets rid of the car before the tires need changing. Where are you all ordering the Cup2's from anyways? I'm not sure they are on Tire Rack in stock.

Ok, I just checked Tire Rack. Looks like they have a few of the rears in stock but not the fronts, it says back order for the fronts.
I am thinking that I will order Cup2's when my current PSS's run out of tread. Which will be in about 15,000 miles.

Interesting. I've gotten 20-25k miles out of the PSS's so far. So I guess Cup2's will be around the 15,000 mile range. They'd probably wear out a lot quicker on the track too.

There is no traction issues that you wouldnt expect with this amount of power and torque. M school can also help with learning how to modulate the throttle to get the most out of the car. No disrespect to you, but I think most of us took some time to learn the car especially coming from the e60 m5.

It upsets me when I see posts like this. I have to give respect to my selling dealer as he warned me several times about the cars power and crappy traction in cold weather Also told me (I live in northern Canadian climate) this car is for 6 months of the year. (-35C and constant snow is not a good mix for 560+ hp and RWD)
