Just click the rocker to the right once (puts you in D2), and press the EDC twice (puts you in Sport+). You can save these options to one of your M buttons.

If you mean every time you turn on the car, then the answer is no!
Every time you turn on the car, it goes to default D1/Efficient/Comfort/Comfort/DSC ON and if you change the modes, it stays there (new mode) until you turn the ignition off or change it again to any other modes (including M1 and M2)

As others have noted, just set it up the way you want on one of the M buttons, when you want to enter the mode just press..
I setup my M1 button this way, DSC on, Sport +, and D3... I use M2 for MDM, S3, Sport+.. In short do whatever you like..
