Noise from rear springs/spring mounts

My car is one, like many other reported here, that has a crashing noise from the rear when I go over certain sharp bumps. The dealer identified the problem and said that Germany was working on revised springs/mounts to address the problem.
That was in January - I am STILL waiting! Apparently Germany has not provided the retrofit solution yet.
Have any of you with similar issues gotten the upgrade/retrofit or are we all still waiting?
Thanks

I am that person

Had the solution fitted last week. The car is completely cured. I could not be happier. Here is a list of all of the part numbers which were fitted.

Hope that is helpful.

You let dealer wash your vehicle? A big no no in this industry!

My dealer looks after the vehicle very well. I have never had any problems in the past. I have purchased 10 cars from them - they are very focussed on doing the right thing, including washing by hand carefully.

Your dealer needs to share some of that focus with US dealers.
