Not every Russian speaking mofo is a Russian, believe me. The main dickhead driver is a Tajik immigrant, this is the point. However our country is indeed а collector for different freaks from the whole post-Soviet territory.

The police forces (2.6 mln active) are mostly busy looking for any single protestant on the street or applying face recognition to catch activists or surfing social networks for "dangerous opinions".
