Question on 2013 Used
I have been back and forth looking at 13-14
I found one that is one owner history, saw it in person and looks very clean. Carfax is very thorough, over 50K miles...lease sold at auction Seems like maintenance was impeccable...but maybe too much Every 6-12 mos. oil change @ 2K normal service @10K Oil change rear brake replace @17K rear bake pad replace, steering suspension checked @23K Oil annual change service AND spark plug replaced, transmission suspension checked (is that part of the annual service?) @26K engine checked @34K axle checked rear brakes replaced @36K steering/suspension checked @39K oil change, spark plug change,steering suspension checked @48K oil change rear brakes replaced @ 52K oil change @36K and @ 41K Tires replaced Why so many rear brake changes? No note of front unless carfax is in error and one was a front brake change. Probable. Spark plug twice??? Steering suspension checked??? Unbalanced tires maybe? Clicking from bearings? Does the spak plug change and brake replacement smell like someone drove this car too hard? Serviced at Open BMW NJ. |

Sparks every 20k sounds about right. Mine was done the same way by my tech. 2013 has a suspension TSB so possible they did a TSB service or checked to see if one was needed.
