Pure turbos stage 2 built by ssr performance

This is my first time ever on any forum just got got bored tonight so I decided to try it out. I've been through a few different tunes now, started with the jb4, ams do's and a bms meth kit. That was cool for a a few months and I decided to go with a straight flash tune from Mike at bpm, which I loved. That felt stronger and faster than the jb4 + meth which only dynoed at 618whp and 600tq. The bpm tune dynoed at 640whp and 670tq. Now I just recently decided to go with the pure turbos stage 2, a custom tune from halim at hcp through bootmod3 stacked with jb4+meth. Ssr performance is crushing it and has been nothing but great to me. I'm new to this so don't kill me if I messed up somewhere.

Those turbos look menacing, lol. What are your power goals? I think those stage 2 can overpower the stock motor.

Never enough power.

Very nice write-up. I am headed down this same power path. Looking for at least 725 to 780 rwhp that is reliable and fun. I will try to cover any weak links in this power chain along the way.

I just left the n55 Pure Stg 2 platform and picked up a M6 vert to have fun with at 1/2 mi events. I will go FBO and maybe turbos next year but what is YOUR recommendation for a tune for S63 with FBO?

Having a little trouble. The car won’t get out of drivetrain malfunction. We have disconnected the JB4 and the problem goes away. I contacted burger to see if they could warranty out my JB4 so I’m currently waiting on that. Anyone else ever have this problem?

What are the fault codes that it sets ?
Do you have a flash tune as well or just the JB4 ?

I’m doing it all at once Halim from hcp is going to make a couple custom maps through bootmod3 as I was breaking in the clutch I kept getting drivetrain malfunction so now once my clutch is broken in I brought it back to ssr for tuning but wanted to fix the problem first.

As soon as the JB4 was unplugged the issue went away. So I’m sending it back to burger hopefully to get it warrantied out but so I can get my car going again.

So you don't know why the drivetrain malfunction was created ?

Honestly no clue it’s always gave me some issues this is why I switched to the bpm tune instead. But now I want to stack it for meth with the new turbos and tune. But gotta get this figured out first.

Have you thought about buying a different controller for the meth like Snow Performance ?
Unless you want to use features from the JB4

I already had the JB4 from way before so I was going to use that I’ve never heard of snow performance before.

What size nozzles do you have installed? A while back i had two cm10s and got drivetrain error. Went down to cm7s and have it adjustrd so that i am at 100percent spray at 16lbs + of boost. Problem solved. Essentially too much spray.

Try that. Or maybe keep jb4 and meth off. See if that helps
