Carved from a solid block of granite - my 2014 F10 M5 ZCP - 12.5mm spacers all around

Hey all - thought I'd jump on this "carved from" bandwagon and put some pix up of my beast. I suck at photography, and the car isn't all that clean - one of these days I'll get some good pix taken, but these will have to do for now.

I didn't like the lack of stance from the factory; was waiting for the proper lug bolts to come in so I could put these on - they're H&R - I had these on my E60 back when I was running stock rims on that car. These photos are with the factory CP drop, but with 12.5mm spacers at all four corners. Dramatically improves the appearance to my eyes. Before someone asks, I did a good amount of hard cornering and jumping speed-bumps - zero rubbing.

Without further ado, I present my beast:

Bout time dude! Don't worry I'll get better shots with my Nikon this weekend. Also does this mean if I get an Alpine White M5 in the future, I can say "carved out of a solid block of cocaine?" I also love your cocaine white interior, or I mean oreo. Car is a beast!

Oh and everyone, by the way, I've heard just about every exhaust setup on an M5, and I can definitely say that the Comp Pack stock exhaust sounds much better than a Non-Comp Pack stock exhaust. Dhirm5 did a hard acceleration in front of me last weekend and I got to hear the full roar. I like it a lot and it's the exhaust that the M5 should have come with standard.

Oh also, Azurite FTW!

Hahaha! Neil already took the white - he went with "alpine snow", though I like your idea better..

I'll likely wind up doing wheels --

In a brushed finish - they wind up being sort of gunmetalish with the brushed but still classy. Moving away from the black wheels for a while.

The stance looks great!

So you go to the Exxon on Old Georgetown and Auburn? Gas in Bethesda is pyscho expensive...its almost like paying for 100 octane.

Dude I know! It's totally ridiculous. I didn't really need gas - was just topping her up out of habit - formed from my e60 days. lol

H&R - had them left over from my old car. They fit perfectly once I got the right bolts. I had already verified that the new F10s use the same hub diameter as the E60 - 72.56mm - and the same 5x120 bolt pattern. I was surprised to learn that BMW changed the bolt threads from 12x1.5 to 14x125.
