Driving with CEL , effects ?

Hi Everybody , im waiting for my M5 to arrive , and already planning catless DP´s , and the question is , its gonna pop up a yellow light in the dash right ? does it affect the car ? like entering safe mode , less fuel economy , or the car loses power without a TUNE ?

Its alright to put DP without tune ? like 30hp gain ?

becomes louder YES
crazy bangs and explosions YES
more powerful YES
fuel consumption increases YES
car doesn't loose power
alright to put DP without tune YES
enters safe mode if you go WOT around 140mph

Enters safe mod u go 150 mph a lot of time ?

Im coming from a 991 S , the M5 stock sound wont do for me.

So basically the CEL will light up and as long as you are not bother and okay with it.. you can just live with it?

however, i heard some people start messing their o2 sensors due to carless DP?

Funny, it is around 140 my car goes in to safe mode. Anyway around it until I get full tune or even some tool to fix it without it young to bmw ?
