Can't tell much by the photos.
I had a sample 3M film package and one of the films was the Blue Brushed Metal. So I have seen the film in person before.

make it chrome blue and put transparent matt on top, that looks insane in person!!!

OP like others have stated lets see some more pics. I think think I have ever seen a brushed finished wrap. from what I can see I kinda of like it!
