door seal replacement

So hoping this is an easy job.

I need to change the seal on the driver side of the car...(not the seal on the actual door but the seal that basically sits in around the front door)

Found few videos on line but nothing specifically for the m5. Im assuming its a simple matter of just pulling the plastic cover off by the kick plate and then simply pulling the old seal off and installing the new one, nothing more complicated than that I hope?!

If someone can confirm that would be much appreciated

No not at all....Its only a minor costmetic issue but im very anal with my car so Im just going to replace the whole thing

Let me guess...rubber has slight abrasion from shoes in an out...
Unfortunately my prior owner did that on mine.
