Bang and olfsen door cover swap??

I just swapped my interior from base black to full sakhir orange.

Unfortunately for me I had bang and okfsen and the donor car did not.

The good news is the speakers transfer over fine. But the stainless steel grill does not. It's welded on. As are the standard speaker covers.

So it sounds the same but I really liked the silver door speakers.

I know people retrofit these and buy you can New from eBay so how does it install?

Please help!!!

You still have all black Interior
You need to remove the old grills by drilling them out of the plastic and then drill the old door panel speaker grills and use screws with a washer

The covers should not be welded on. I've popped them off before and they are sold as separate parts as well.

You're pulling the entire piece including the black part off right?

Yep I remove it by prying on the black piece using a trim removal tooo.

I'll even upload some pics of how it "broke" off and how it's attached on the other panels.

After it broke off it doesn't go back on so

Ya. Not sure what you mean. The black piece is clipped in. You don't separate the silver from the black piece.

To take it off

I used a trim removal to pry the black part to remove it all completely.

Here is back pic of door card...you see how it's welded in?

Was your panel different ??[IMG][/IMG]

I pried mine off similar to what they do in this video:

In your photo I'm not sure what the light brown part is and I'm not sure which welds you're talking about. Mine came off with just the black and silver section. Just these pieces:
