TRACK PADS!!!
So, there is zero choice I found out.
turner has the pagid rs29 for an absurd amount and other than oem which doesnt work on track thats it! Maybe the 6pot caliper is shaped that the pads for the normal bmw cars will still fit in the carrier and its that simple? Ideally I want some ebc yellow or blue or dtc70 for it HELP! |

The Standard OE pads are Pagid S IIRC (some branded Textar but are the same). There was a M Performance Sport Pad kit available which are the Pagid pads developed for the F10 Ring Taxi (Front P/N 34112284465 | Rear P/N I'd have to look at a box as they're not in ETK anymore). They're extremely hard to find now, very expensive, and require new and dedicated rotors (no swapping the pads on the same rotors), but they are perfect for HPDE. Brembo, Hawk, and Akebono have options, but they all are hard to come by. If there is enough interest, I can bring back some different options on my next visit to Studie. |
