I leased a 2017 Lexus IS 350 F Sport cause it was mad cheap and I wanted something comfortable and quiet to put miles on instead of the ///M. I'd prefer a 550i M Sport or something tho if I'm honest. But can't beat the tiny payment on the Lexus

Got rid of other junk and just kept my wife's previous 2 cars
- F10 550i - E60 545i (I drove this for a year between my C6 Corvette and the F10 M5) The F10 550i is much more serene experience, just glides away from a stop and there's hardly any engine noise or exhaust noise. Yep, after seeing those soft-close doors and motorized trunk lid, I had to get me an F10. The 550i doesn't handle at all and the steering rack is very slow. The E60 with sport package handles much better and does have some good grunt if you shift the auto yourself. |

For work commute I drive M5 on sunny days and Tesla P100D on rainy days. I have frozen paint on the M5 and I like to keep it pristine hence only drive on sunny days.
They are two different animals and I enjoy both. P100D is supreme in city traffic but on the highway the M5 rules. |

DD M5. E60 M5 was a blast do drive. I should have kept it. Had P-cars as well, they were fun, but something was missing. Camaro z/28 was the best DD out of all. It was just engine, manual shifter and your ability to drive track car.

F80 M3 - more dynamic than the F10 but not as comfortable or as spacious (my kids prefer the F10)
F87 M2 - more fun than the F80 M3 and the better choice for the twists/track driving. F56 MINI Cooper S - lots of fun for a FWD car. Can drive it on the edge without going too fast which is what makes it fun. |
