Unhappy 2013 M5 Headlights Getting Yellow

Hello guys, attached are the pictures of my car's headlights both at daytime and at night. I'm not sure how it should be cleaned. Can it still be cleaned?

You could wet sand those using fine sand paper and then protect them with a coating or even film.

Yeah I was thinking about that, too. But I was a bit confused by the fact that it looks fine under daylight with the headlights off. Is it possible for something inside of it to get dirty or yellow?

it looks like rock or debris pitted the lenses and that refracts the light to a different (yellowish) hue at night when on. that explains the difference. to the gentlemen's points, a wet sanding and film would bring them back and protect going forward.
