M5 only making 13 PSI

I have an F10 M5 with a Mission Performance stage 1 tune, step colder plugs. Bought it that way last week. Car's only making 12-13 PSI of boost. No CELs, misfires, etc. Any common culprits?

Maybe boost leak? Run a smoke test. Any other mods besides the tune?
