M5 in 5 minutes or less ...... My M Dream came to reality

Sorry for the delay i was planning to post this thread from a month now.

Well i don't hesitate to admit i am a BMW fan boy... It is either a BMW or not a BMW.

When i went to welt to pick my previous F10 535 i had my heart stuck with the M5. i wanted my next BMW to be from M.
after the unfortunate event when my 535 got totaled i didn't want want to replace it with another 5 ....anyways after patiently waiting for 1.5 years i finally decided to take plunge and dive into the
real joy of driving with a M5 but I always hate the pain of dealing with the dealers before the joy.

I have contacted quite a few dealers who are recommend over the forums, as i expected its the same old story...
I wanted to place a custom order but i wanted to skip the ED part this time... spoke with the dealers they couldn't place order for 2015 and they couldn't find a 2014 for my specs.

and I admit i am little too picky anyways after couple of weeks of singing and dancing with the
dealers i came across David from Thomas BMW.

Contacted Jimmy AKA @GOLFFRR one thing i really liked about Jimmy, he is super quick in responding to the messages.

Submitted the request on line and called David next day he picks up the phone and told him the spec i was looking for .
he said it is too late for ordering a 2014 and too early for a 2015 i asked him if he can locate a 2014 with exact spec. He searched all dealers inventory found one car with exact spec i was looking, including the wood trim.
I was surprised because other dumb dealers couldn't find one.

anyways i asked him the quote he asked what is the state tax and gave me the quote that is it.... No drama whats so ever... Though it is not the cheapest quote i have seen but i liked his straight forward and the real no hassle quote.

this car is not on his car lot, it has to be taken from a dealer on the other side of the country so without dragging it, i agreed to take to take the car ... all this is done in single phone call.

and the car was shipped to my door.

More than the deal i was really impressed with his one heck of a exceptional team who knows how to take care of a customer ... I got into real headache with MVA tax suckers who lives on the tax payers money and finds
ways to harass people in ways you cant imagine. It was one horrible pain to have the M5 in your garage two weeks and not being able to drive it but anyways David's team Katie and Keisha were exceptionally patient and outstandingly helpful.

I honestly hate going to the MVA office and man these NJ plates one fugly looking plates... I really miss the MD plates. Anyways thanks to the other dealer who had this car fortunately they haven't installed the front plates.

Every other delaer keeps advertising no hassle straight forward pricing but in my books only David knows what it really means and knows how to get it done.

Here are the pics... Greg from Signature detailing did really good job with CQuartz finest.

Wow monte Carlo looks really fantastic on this car .. I still cannot stop staring at it... Damn it looks hotter than Monica Belluci

Damn this car is a beast.... its a like female wild horse not easy to tame ...it is a weird mix of fun and danger, the ultimate recipe adrenaline rush .. Makes you do things and it is very hard to control, it is a serious adrenaline addiction.

Went to the one day M3 car control clinic and enrolled to CCA Driving school planning to do M school in December.

Coded my beast and installed the radar detector ... planning to get the tint next week

Welcome back Imperial Blue. I'm glad you finally got an M5 after your previous BMW was destroyed. It has been a long wait!

Looking forward to having you on the board. The M5 board will be glad to have your coding expertise in particular. For those who don't know - Imperial Blue together with ShawnSheridan basically took the initiative to figure out F-series coding and founded the coding movement on Bimmerfest and Bimmerpost. Imperial Blue in particular put together the early how-to guides and was the one who taught me coding.

Did you code the dazzle-free high-beams?

Congrats!

In my opinion your color combo is the classic F10 M5, it's in brochures in TV ads in scale modes, etc., enjoy. ///HPT

completed coding and went for a test drive seems to be working as described in the official video but the change is not dramatic though.
