Cool Feedback on This Offer...Thank you!

Just started the process of negotiating to lease 2016 M5 off the lot. Got a few options in the Dallas area and one or two near Houston. Got this offer below this morning. Invoice attached. I told them I thought the MF was high and that I should be able to qualify for .00135 with a 793 FICO. The response I got was, "what lenders are you aware of that are offering rates that low..."

Your feedback is appreciated!

36/12, $116,000 plus TTL, MF .00178.

Sounds like they aren't discounting the car very much. Not sure on the rest of the details because you are missing some numbers.

1560 for an m5 sucks. Get them down to 1200ish. What is residual?

Terrible deal. While taxes are higher in Texas on a lease, you should be looking at absolutely no more than $1350.

Horrible deal. In California you could pick that same car up for prob close to 105k.
The money factor is marked up also. I think the going rate right now is .00138.
Also being that you're in Tx you have to pay all the taxes upfront, which on your deal including payment, fees, reg, taxes, etc is going to be close to 12,5k!! Ouch...
Shop around. Greg Poland at Pacific BMW is a great guy, contact him and see what he can do, he does out of state deals all the time.

Thanks for all the feedback.

I agree that the MF is not good. I am working on getting the MF down to .00138 but is the cap cost good? I thought $116 on a car that has an MSRP of $129 was good. Getting this down to $105 seems unlikely.

Yes, the taxes in Texas suck. No way around those even if I lease in another state.

The residual is $81,361. Haven't had a chance to do the math yet but seem to be around 64%.
