If the aftermarket rotor is cheaper, then the OEM version is most likely better. I've seen plenty of people go for aftermarket disks, supposedly even the same brand as OEM, only to suffer from warped disks, odd noises and what not.

Unless you go for some BBK Brembo kit, I'd say OEM is your best bet.
