Have potential to buy rims off a M6 GC. I am wondering if they will rub...

What? spacer? you already have a built-in spacer LOL
ET5 has 5 mm offset while the OEM M5 343M has 34 mm offset so basically you have 29 mm spacer...
No there is noway it fits even with 295 tires.

It will be very aggressive all the way around, Max offset in the rear with 11', wide would be +25.
