mFlasher issues

I can't get ahold of Mission Performance and I'm in desperate need of support for my tune.

My mFlasher seemingly loads properly, allowing me to download the flash updates. When I attempt to access the actual tuning page (to select which stage I want to flash), a pop-up error window displays a "Unable to load C:\users\....\<myVIN>_original.mpe. Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption..etc"

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a solution?

I wondered where he had been. Hasnt posted much in thw last year or so... Atleast not on the M5 forum.

apexlocator has a MP tune also, maybe he can chime in.

Alex isn't responding to texts or emails.

I was finally able to reach someone at MP, although I don't know who, through the general sales email address.

I'd love to hear if other people are having issues, as well. I will update my adventures here, if anyone is interested.

I have not experienced any issues.
I have a few M cars with Mission's tunes and have reloaded a F10 M5 recently due to updating the vehicle with BMW latest I-level software
I would try contacting them with the number on their website.
I do know they moved into a new larger building and possibly that is why you could not get ahold of him as easily.

I've had the tunes, both stage 2 and a full e85 for 12+ months now. Until the recent issue, everything has performed flawlessly. Honestly, I was more concerned with the lack of a response, than the lack of flash access.

I've contacted MP via the sales email address and seem to be making progress. I will update the thread when they find the solution to my issue.

I am curious about your 100% E85 tune file on the S63TU

Quick update..

It was an issue on their side and it's now fixed. Once I was able to get ahold of them, after a week of trying, the solution was quick!

I text back and forth with Alex @ MP nearly daily, they are in process of migrating to a much larger facility and that is likely why he's been slow to respond as of late.

He might be the person responding behind the sales@ emails, but he didn't respond to direct texts or to the Alex@ email. No worries, though. I am getting help.




To finish this up, I can now tune the DME but still can't get access to the EGS(?) tuning option.

Alex can be a little hard to get a hold of....he's essentially a one-man-tuning dept at the shop he works at. His tunes are great though...
