Help with data log readouts - Reference material for typical readings?

New member here sorry if this thread is a duplicate but I can't seem to find any information that is specific to standard readings or typical data log readings for an equivalent tune. I feel like I have lost a lot of responsiveness to the acceleration and overall power of the car.

I did get a lean fuel trim engine code about a week ago checked all connections sprayed some maf cleaner in both mafs and reset the code. It never presented itself again but was still running odd. I am not going to pretend I know how to read these graphs or what is acceptable but here are two pulls I will separate by one and two if anyone wants to throw their two cents in or direct me to some literature that would be more useful.
