Unreal!! Loaded 2014 M5 lease takeover for a YEAR for lowest in USA 899$!! Won't last

LEASE ENDS 12/17/2016 so still have the perfect short lease with nice buy out 60k flat and you'll probably end up buying it being such a good deal still!!! 1 WHOLE YEAR!! I pay 1204$ monthly but I will give you incentive of 3000$ which will get you in this car for almost 900$ (Well equipped M5 and most famous color on M5 reviews) and I will also sweeten the pot and pay BMW 1000$ (So real incentive is UNREAL 4000$) to get you still some DECENT miles per month till end of lease (all under factory warranty) because allowed miles will be extended to 42500 miles instead of contractual 36k so no downpayment and paying way less than 1000$ for an M5 in PRISTINE CONDITION and No downpayment (That's like a no brainier, my loss is your gain indeed!!!) and up above all be in M5 2014 LCI (MidModel refresh) with 13K worth of carefully chosen options including B&O and Executive package for around 900$/month with good tires!! I doubt you can get a nicely loaded 550i for that nowadays BTW The car is in amazing condition, almost show room condition! Up for grabs won't last 2014 LCI M5 with CP Mufflers + Exhaust Meister + Resonators Delete (3k+ mods) - For Lease takeover or Sale for 67.95K - 12 months WHAT A SWEET SHORT LEASE (Indulge in M5 with no commitment for 3 years and what happened to me now won't happen to you , also with option to buy out after lease end for a good deal still 60K which is gonna be still very competitive pricing for this car at end of lease!! Which is very RARE but I got it for A STEAL PRICE WITH 10% OFF MSRP!!! - Excellent condition inside out - No accidents or even CURB rash "Showroom" condition - Only used for 23months non smoker 1 owner - Excellent Rear Tires and Good front tires (Worth 2000$ installed if you have to change with other deals around) - Has Executive Package and B&O and 20" wheels - MSRP 104k - Never tracked!! - Seviced at Hendrick BMW Charlotte which is one of the best dealers in the southeast region! - Service records to be furnished upon request - No issue with this car for the whole past year as if I am driving an Acura

You'll pay for 500$ BMW application and I will split that at the backend of the deal with you, even there I got you covered brother

Thank you Dave,
It seems you know why I am getting out of this car and agreeing to lose almost 5000$ ? ! Because I am getting CP car that I have always wanted to replace it for a relatively good deal (Not as tempting or good as mine but relatively good enough to get me out of my lease with less damages to my bank account

I hate to part with this car because I spent thousands of dollars on it and one of the best colors out there

You can PM me about that if you don't know I will tell you

And yes sir, Sakhir Or age which is still a very unique color,
In your town can't be but an M5 unlike most other colors which are taken for "Five series"

Very nice! Nice car and nice deal as well! I'm so far upside down on my 535i otherwise I would be down with this. Good luck! I esp love the very short term lease and still have a whole lot of miles left.

Take a wild guess
I tried very hard man to jump wagons like I always did with ease and happiness but that wasn't the case this time and I am getting into a more equipped M5 with CP a car that y'all know and will share pictures

I said before M5 cured my illness or bad habit of changing cars too often but so it happens partially so it appears as I changed but to M5
