Wheel cleaning and brake rotors
How does everybody clean their wheels? When I wash the car if I take if for a drive when the brake rotors are still wet, the rotors spin off black stuff all over the inside and outside of the wheels. If I wash and then park the car, the brake pads get rusted to the rotors and that can't be good. When they are rusted to the rotor they are hard to break free.

There are many ways to tackle it.
Iron remover is good to spray on and wheel wax is awesome. The pads get rust on them but it is very light and comes off when you brake. No big deal. Breaking free has never been a problem for me. Never sticks. |

Thanks. Mine were so stuck to the rotors that when I put it in reverse I had to give it some gas to get it to move. Then there was a popping sound when the broke free. Almost like I was power braking the thing.
