Took the M5 out to Big Willow @ Willow Springs. Car handled like a total and complete CHAMP. Power everywhere, brakes were incredible, and even on street tires this thing was laying down grip everywhere.
First time being in a car that I needed to slow down (quite a bit) before accelerating though turn 8. Total monster down the front straight- consistently hitting 140-145mph, then harrrrd onto the brakes for turn 1. I'm nothing but impressed with this car. Consistently running 1:40's all day at 8/10ths. Now it's in the shop getting a rear main deal and slave cylinder because the clutch went straight to the floor a few days later- LOL. Carmax warranty to save the day! Only things this needs are race pads up front and a separate set of R Compounds. Totally freaking capable machine in stock form. No question it dominates the ring with four people in the car!
