S63TU PPM stroker engine dyno

since my x5m had rods bearing issue, it was with DME TUNING and pureturbo stage 2. I spent 3 months for this project including sourcing the parts and discussions with tuner from vaitrix Australia Taiwan.


i just wanna share a dyno result with you guys.

Congratulations on the build. I bet that feels great punching the throttle and bringing that monster to life. Appreciate the backside photo of the valve. Port injected combined with the oil vapor that gets pulled back through makes it hard to care and clean. How many miles or kilometers were on it when you rebuilt it?

Hello buddy, it is 5xxxxkm on clock. And the rods bearing problem happened after meth kit in. Because the meth kit provide a lot of extra power. the rods bearing can bear with it.

yes, great great punching with 8HP gearbox! I have XHP TCU UPGRADED. it pull freaking hard and strong💪

regretting the F90 HPFP is not fit to our engine.. the fuel route is different at leftside.

otherwise, it must pull much harder

Thank you for the reference point. I have read that the WMI kit can be a blessing and a curse. If you use a higher ratio of water it will basically steam clean the backs of the valves but if you go for more meth and boost can be destructive.

I have read great things about the 8HP transmission. I do love my DCT but would love to take a joy ride in tuned car with the 8HP.

I use 100% meth now.. the IAT AND exhaust temperature drop very fast! I made a big big meth box in my trunk

hello, the 4.7 stroker kit is ready in stock when I asked afew months ago. But 5.0L kit need to order to make.

And I did wait for the ACL rods bearing from them for 3 weeks, and finally I sources from ebay. haha

ppm is good to work with, atleast they reply my email for a Oversea customer.
