Ha ha! After reading 20 different threads dating back a year or more (perhaps an over estimate) about cracked ECUs in a few weeks... I see your point, lol. I'm still salivating a little though.
Yeah this is why I didn't first respond in this post with a LONG rant!

I'm just tired of false claims and broken promises in the S63tu world. Nowadays if some tuner makes a claim, I just say good luck and hope it all works out without blowing an engine. I work in the cyber security field and I know how difficult 1056bit encryption is to break even from a hackers perspective. I know Alpha has been around for a while, but most of these off the street tuners claiming they can break that kind of encryption is just comical. Let's hope Alpha is legit.

LOL. How did you calculate 900HP? he said 100 HP gain... I think the stock has 600 so 600+100=700 right?
With a legit cracked ECU and larger Turbos I guesstimate 900hp is absolutely attainable. Look at what Alpha has done with GTR's and they only have V6 engines. Lol!

Yes dealer will be able to tell if a different tune is installed on the engine, but the dealer has to plug the car into service bay computer. Once connected the computer at the dealer records everything the car has been doing. Today's BMW's are really more like mobile computers.

Vargas has the turbo upgrade ready to go, but I won't pull the trigger until the tune is out.

Dave, why don't you use your classified resources and break the encryption?

What do you think I've been doing this whole time? Luckily Snowden didn't reveal the NSA's secret program to crack the M5 code.

If anyone can do it, AMS can. Those of you that don't know about AMS search them. They have a proven track record on various platforms. Eric I'd give you my car if I were in Chicago.

Do we know the price point of the tune yet, roughly?

I can't wait to see the results! The car inbound to AMS is one of IND's favorite clients, and is a beautiful M5. I'm so excited to see this car making amazing horsepower numbers. It will be tested with both the complete original exhaust setup, and the AMS catless downpipes, along with AMS's ECU tune.

You can see more information on the M5 going to AMS by following this link:

Thank you Peter! You are just going to have to settle for sending me your ECU's instead

Who knows maybe but TX2k Time the bench tuning setup will be streamlined enough to tune you on site.

You guys have any idea about price points?
What does it take to get the tune reversed before dealer visit and then flash again?
