How to get it off the line with mechanical sympathy

Would appreciate advice on how it should be done - yes I know I could use launch control - but I like my clutch as it is.

I have started in Sport+/S3/comfort suspension with a roll forward then plant the throttle and then manage wheel spin, by comming off a then reapplying throttle - but would appreciate comments from those with more experience than me.
