Today I tested my M5 ( totally original ) with the VBOX: 100 - 200 km/h 7.1s, 200 - 250 km/h 6.6s!
Conditions were +8 deg C, dry road, slight uphill ( not much ), only driver in the car, 50% tank.

I guess my car makes more than 560hp........

You do the math.
Wow you are Running 900 nm torque on a tranny witch has its limitation by Getrag of about 700nm.
They should absolutly renforce your gearbox, that is a Must have on 900nm torque... cant understand why they are not able to offer that

Of course they would say 700Nm as the car produces 680Nm stock and that discourages the tuning fanatics. I have a source within M who says that they will hold 800Nm and there is a 10% margin on top of that.
The only thing I shouldn't do is launch control. But that is even hard on the stock tranny. I have seen what Manhart does with their demo MH5S. It is abused most of the time, by demo rides, journalists etc. I have seen them take the car onto a track and beat it up until the brakes were smoking. It jus doesn't seem to have any problem with it. I do accept that the gearbox will live shorter than an oem one. Same could be said about the engine and the brakes.
Manhart will eventually go for bigger turrbos and then they will deal with reinforcing the gearbox and the diff. The car has ony been out for a year and Manhart are doing some ground breaking work. And I am both confident and happy! The way things are now it is great and for Stage 5 will reinforce parts.

Manhart will probably tune their demo further to see where the weak links in the gearbox and diff are, and then they need to develop reinforced parts. It will not be done in a few months, but I am also on the list for these parts.

Yes it is. I was on my way to an event, and some younger guys asked if they could take few pics. Autogespot (carspotted), will also do a report on Manhart Racing en my car. I finished a photo shoot with them yesterday.

So much blip blap and no videos yet! Trying to be patient and "NOT NEGATIVE".

A lot of people think dyno's are marketing tools only, I don't give a rat's ass about marketing. I would want my tuner to use a dyno tune to live tune my car for the sake of properly attaining power and torque characters through all the rev bands, not forgetting the A/F ratio to be kept in check!

Isn't that what determine a good tuning habit and end result presentation?

Once on the road, the owner of the car can race, Vbox all he wants with a big smile. But it would be nice to see what actually is happening to the car before and after tuning.

(boost control, fuel and ignition timings can all be identified from a dyno result)

At least for those who know what they are doing!! Don't you think?

In my honest and personal opinion, and I hope you don't get offended?
