Dinan 550 Stage 4 vs M5

Hello everyone, I wanted to see if there are any M5 members here in the South Florida area that would like to meet up to run the cars.

I have a 2012 550 with Dinan stage 4 and Active Auto full exhaust and downpipes.

I am waiting for Dinan to come out with the upgrades for the M5 so I can finally make the upgrade, however in the meantime I would love to know how my car compares to the M5..

If anyone is interested please shoot me a message. Not trying to compete or anything just want to see how good all of these upgrades really are

Perhaps I am being dumb. But what is the point of modifying a 550 for performance when you can buy an m5 ?

When your garage contains more than 1 car it allows you to do whatever you want with whatever car you have...

This is nothing more than a way to pass time, I get to take it into the shop they work on it, then I wait for the next upgrade.. This is not something I can do with the M5 at this time since Dinan does not have any upgrades yet, and the M5 wasn't available the weekend that I felt like buying a new car..

Once Dinan gets their upgrades ready for the M5 I am sure I'll trade it.

Not sure why we have to question the idea of someone getting over 150hp from tuning a BMW.. Is not only fun but a challenge...

What mods did you do to the Lexus LS? Denture holder? Built in cane rack?

New York car works great with a driver.. Still have it and love it. The denture holder was a must when i bought it, comes standard on all the L versions

Maybe Ill be an M5 owner on monday after driving his car... We will see what happens

I am waiting on the LSD so I want to record times before and after... If I dont pull the trigger on the M5 soon I will also do Dinan turbo upgrade, Scott tells me its another 30/60 days wait, we will see how good their products really are...

Ill keep everyone informed as to what happens sunday
