I opened this thread expecting to congratulate you on your ownership. Very sorry to see your loss. Are you and your occupants okay? M5 is replaceable, lives are not!

Sorry to see that but thankful you and your passengers are ok.
Car structurally looks like it held together protecting you and passengers. Would be good to get more details but understand insurance lawyers etc... Neil

And this is my #2 reason why I like M5's. One of the safest cars in the world. To my knowledge no one yet has died in an F10 M5 crash. Which is surprising because of the lethal torque the car possesses. There was even that crash on the Autobahn where they crashed while doing like 180mph, and no one died. Whereas in the E60 M5 there have been many deaths unfortunately. The safety technology in the F10 M5 is so much more advanced than the E-Series ///M's. My #1 reason for liking an F10 M5 is Straightpipes!

Single vehicle crash, dry pavement and apparent straightaway. Hmmmm. Glad there were no injuries.

Glad everyone is okay. As I've mentioned before this car requires being driven with a lot of care and self-discipline. There are lower risk fast cars better suited for most drivers.
I'd encourage you to look at the S63 AMG or 750i XDrive for your next ride.

As an aside. I wish I had the cash to offer you for your Carbon Ceramic Brakes. I'm just glad everyone is ok though. Hope that you get back into one soon.
